Return policy.
You can cancel your place and get your money back on these terms:
Cancel [X] or more days before the start date: full refund.
Cancel [Y]–[X] days before the start date: [Z]% refund.
Cancel less than [Y] days before the start, or after the program has started: no refund, but you can move to the next group once.
If kaizen cancels or moves a program, you get a full refund or a place in a new date — your choice.
Refunds go back to the same card you paid with, by bank transfer, within [N] business days. We never refund card payments in cash. To request a refund, write to contact@kaizen.am with your name and payment date.

Service delivery.
kaizen sells training and consulting services, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped. Services are delivered in one of these ways:
Live online courses: live group sessions on Zoom. The link is sent to your email [N] days before the start.
Self-paced recordings: access to the course videos opens right after payment and lasts 3 months from the purchase date.
Team programs: at your company’s office or online, on the dates agreed in writing.
Materials: slides, templates and worksheets are sent by email or shared as a download link.
After payment you receive a confirmation email with the format, dates (for live courses) and everything you need to join.

What we sell.
All courses and services on this site are kaizen’s own original programs, designed and delivered by our team. We do not resell third-party products, licences or replicas of other brands. AI tools used in the programs (such as Claude) are shown as working tools; any paid subscriptions to them are bought by you directly from their makers and are not part of our price.

Where we operate.
kaizen LLC provides its services in the Republic of Armenia. All prices are in Armenian drams (AMD), and card payments are accepted only for services provided in Armenia.
